They don't like to ask technical questions. All of the questions were about past projects and experience. They made it very clear that they want new hires to work there for the rest of their careers. I had three interviews.

Very straightforward phone call with an HR rep. Very standard questions that you would expect, pretty much just to check you have the right experience and mentality for their team.
