Interview
They do group interviews which is cool because it's less formal, and I was relieved to see the variety of backgrounds as well as mixed levels of experience. We were told beforehand how important it is to be on time, and one guy turned up at 9.05 without calling as requested so they turned him away, said he would have to come another time! Great way of getting the message across. Teamwork is important and that's why I was intetrested.
