Question 1
What would you do if you disagreed with the Congressman's position?
Very easy, the lady who interviewed me asked me basic questions and allowed me to voice my interests about the job. However, since I was a minor and lived around 30 minutes away she was concerned about how I would be able to get transportation to the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Congressman Adam Schiff in Dec 2017
Interview
Submitted cover letter and resume to Congressman Schiff's office before the deadline and heard back no more than a week later. Was lucky enough to make it through to the interview round. Interview wasn't too hard, but it was a phone interview and the vibes were different than those you would normally get in an in-person meet up. Questions were typical, make sure you brush up on the Congressman's initiatives and what he/she is up to.
