The initial stage of the interview process included a small group discussion of three readings sent out 24 hours before the interview. It was structured as an introduction, discussion, reflection, and final debrief of thoughts.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews (one group, one finalist interview) and included video or audio response to a few prompts. The group interview is really dependent on the group dynamics of who you are paired with, but I felt I was able to shine in the solo finalist interview.

The ladies were wonderful and the tone of the interview was informal. It was more of a conversation.
While I did not get the position, I learned a lot from the experience.
The third round was a bit tough; too many interviewers, poor internet connection but generally positive content
