Congressional Bank interview questions

Fairly short, with little back and forth. Small team but with a fairly detailed due diligence approach and seem to know what they are looking for. Generally not a bad interview process overall though.

I walked in, talked to the manager for 3 minutes, was told I was hired. This should have been a huge indicator of how things would go. 70% of the company left a week after I started. They shut down the call centers this week. Remote only.
