Conga Director interview questions

Recruiter canceled first interview 20-minutes before it was to start and asked me to rescheduled. She then canceled the 2nd interview 10-minuted AFTER the start time and only because I reached out to her via email to ask when she was going to join the video interview. She replied that "some people were on vacation and they had to delay to next week." She couldn't have told me that PRIOR to the interview. I highly doubt this was information that she did not have long before the interview. I suppose the "Conga Way" is to not value to time of your prospective employees and not treat them with respect.
