Complted assessment w/96% and got a call back. During the call they were asking rather strange questions that had little to do with the job itself. These made you feel that small variations in answer will get you disqualified. I was told I would get a callback with a Yes/No (I didn't ask them) within one business day...never heard from them again.

How long do you think it will take you to move up in our company?
The interview process was easy, just need to know your way around an iPhone in order to help people. They asked some basic questions which was easy to answer. If your familiar with your iPhone and can be resourceful by looking up info, you will do well.
The interview was fairly easy and fast straight to the point, interviewer was really nice and pleasant. I hate that you don’t know what client you will be servicing until u sign an nda

My interviewer was very laid back simple questions, I felt very at ease with the interviewer and was not a bad process. Very quick and painless process. good experience overall.
