I applied through university. I interviewed at Conduent (New York, NY) in Sept 2016
Interview
At first, I did 30 minutes long phone interview with HR manager then went to on-site interview. During the onsite interview, I met with two other people for 30 minutes each. Questions were general behavioral questions and they asked some question that seems to test your creativity or IQ
Submitted my application in October, did not hear anything until I was invited to an assessment day in London around March.
The assessment day was pretty standard; a few tasks such as numerical/verbal tests, group task, individual interview and an Actuarial task (drafting a letter to a board of trustees given some information on a scenario where a member dies). We also had the opportunity to meet some graduates over lunch.
I was told that I passed the assessment day, Conduent did not communicate with me very well. I got an email from the Edinburgh branch inviting me to an online interview. I did not get offered the position in Edinburgh and it was really bizarre how I never heard back from the London branch, despite the fact I put them as my first choice. Very disorganised.
