Went to local job fair, come in to take a typing test and behavioral test, interview the same day if you past the test. Then a recruiter will call back and let you know when to come in and do your paper work. You may even get an email discussing the next steps.

Great interview the hiring manager was very patient with me. I felt very comfortable with the manager and she explained the job and its requirements and expectations as well. She told me about the hours and wondered if it was managable and I said I was ok with it.

Took about two hours. Upon arrival we were taken to a computer room to do assessment testing & paperwork. Oh, also two typing tests. Then one by one we had our interviews. Interviewer was very sweet and explained to me what the job entities and how the company works. Then a series of questions. Hired on the spot.

Interview
I applied online and about a week later I received a phone call on 7/1 to do a quick pre-screen interview. It was a simple interview giving a little info about the position and checking to see when I was available to do a phone interview. The phone/online interview was scheduled for 7/3 in which consisted of a few simple customer service questions. Afterwards I was scheduled for a virtual webcam interview the following week. This interview consisted of both customer service questions and sales questions, as well as checking to see about my background in customer service and sales. I was told I would hear back soon with the decision. The following day i received an email with the job offer.
