It was a no go from the conversation with the recruiter. They have a strict 4-day in-office rule which they claim to be "hybrid". Unfortunately that's a no go for a lot of people. If you are going to call it hybrid, be flexible or require 2-3 days, not a full work week with Fridays remotely.

The recruiting interview was exceptional, featuring thorough support and guidance from the hiring manager at every stage. During the hiring manager interview, their continuous assistance ensured a smooth process, with appointments effortlessly scheduled. Moving forward to the C-level interview, the support remained steadfast, contributing to a seamless experience for all involved. The case study segment of the process was no exception, with the hiring manager's guidance facilitating a thorough understanding of the task at hand. Even during the German proof interview, support was readily available, underscoring the commitment to a seamless process from start to finish. Finally, when the offer was extended, it was the culmination of a process marked by exceptional support and efficiency at every turn.

First round with a recruiter went pretty well, was told about next steps after the weekend when the main recruiter would be back. Received a basic rejection email and wouldn't elaborate on feedback to my interview
