Interview
Had a brief phone interview. I was asked to show up to the job site. At the site the crew was at work Mid-November outside. The manager asked if I thought I could handle hard work oustide, I reassured him. He then asked me to bu a few items to bring for the fist day of work (hammer, hammer holster, gloves, boots), and to go the the main office to fill out paperwork. I showed up to fill paperwork, drug test, and watch a training video. All of this took about 1.5 hours unpaid. I had no experience. Hired $12/hr.
