Five people were drilling me about my past experiences working in a library. (I have a decade of experience and wanted to work for a university library in Montreal because I just moved there.) They didn't ask me questions about my experience or ask about how I can help them. Their questions were focused mainly on flaws and made me recount "biggest mistakes" I did in my career which does not reflect who I am at all. If I made horrible mistakes in one company, how did I stay there for a decade? Because I was a good employee. I do not recommend getting hired here in the Concordia library system. The "leaders" exhibited only a taste of how bad actually working for them will be.
