1st round was technical written test
2nd round is IVR test on call they will see your voice , pronunciation
3rd round is personal interview on which they ask qus on h/w troubleshooting.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Concentrix in Apr 2025
Interview
It was not easy. It went for around 53 minutes. The interviewer was really friendly. He started with basic introductory question and that the level of hardness got increased for the question. Although I didnt get selected, I learnt alot.

How would you deal with and angry or difficult customer?
it's quite hectic process and lot of rounds will be there and the details are not precise and they need to check multiple things which is not required as well the salary

Straightforward, interview with team leader who listed all the responsibilities and expectations of this role. Stated clearly that no previous experience was necessary, since there would be 1 month of classroom training.
