      Easy and very by the book. Had a list of questions they ask and read scenarios from a previous written paper. They also ask yes or no questions. They then let you briefly speak about previous experience. Over all more time consuming than difficulty

      Interview Process was pretty easy and straight to the point. Questions asked were pretty much scenario based questions. The interview was with two people each asking you one scenario at a time. Wasn’t difficult. Just think before responding and you shall be good.

      The interview process was pretty lengthy. During the interview, the majority of the questions were scenario related. The other portions were about prior experience with customer service. Certain questions were harder than others, but an overall good experience.
