I gave a phone interview. Most of the questions were behavioral and leadership based with some general technical ones. They get back to you within couple of days. Overall, the experience was very positive.

Applied through career center, on campus interview that was not very difficult at all. There were two employees from the specific department that I was applying for. The interviewers were very friendly and professional.
Interview was with Senior Engineer and Manager of group that eventually hired me. They followed a list of questions closely (mainly situational/behavioral type questions and background information). The interview lasted roughly 40 minutes.
