I submitted application and resume online. I received a telphone interview within 10 days.
Next was a test date set up...Microsoft Office and typing...and only after you pass typing and micosoft office testing are you able to fill out an application.

I feel these test should not determine if you receive a face to face interview. Once my resume is reviewed that should make the decision....too much focus on testing, Con Edison will lose out on talented candidates for employment...
