Concise and Informative we discussed my goals and what's expected from the new computer aide. The schedule and how to learn as much as possible and present presentations in the morning meeting. Get to know how the company works. Learn as much as possible, flexible hours around school schedule. The interview was very extensive yet geared towards what I had put on my resume. Most of the questions were focused on my previous job experiences followed by some moral questions regarding companies property.

2.5 hour interview. 20 yes or no questions to start interview basically asking if you’re able to do the job requirements (overtime, travel, read/write). Rest of interview is behavioral questions nothing to do with engineering.

6 hours long test basics electrical physics, math, logic. If you don't pass first part, you can try again in a month. 1,5h long interview. Behavioral questions. If job offered must have a drive license. Overall veery long employment process.
