      I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Con Edison (New York, NY) in Jan 2016

      Interview

      Interview was with two management employees. They asked me general behavioral questions and a lot of leadership questions. Also situational questions as well. After the interview, I heard back within two weeks with an offer. The next step was a drug test and background check. Which took about another 2 weeks. Then I had the orientation at the next available dat.

      Applied through career center, on campus interview that was not very difficult at all. There were two employees from the specific department that I was applying for. The interviewers were very friendly and professional.

      Interview was with Senior Engineer and Manager of group that eventually hired me. They followed a list of questions closely (mainly situational/behavioral type questions and background information). The interview lasted roughly 40 minutes.
