Smooth and welcoming. It was very easy to follow the directions and the questions weren’t too outlandish. They also allowed me to read answer any of the questions that were asked, if I did not like how the video response looked after reviewing it.

competency based interview carried out virtually via MS teams. Went through previous experience and questions related to the role. It was a good experience and a quick process start to finish
Over zoom with two people
Relaxed atmosphere
Plenty of time to ask and answer questions. It did not feel rushed or intimidating. One person took the notes while the other spoke.

It was easy since i am in a contract role. So the managers were polite. Explained the duties. Addressed my concerns. Very easy since it is only a few months role.
