Submitted an online application for the role. The talent acquisition team contacted me in a week. I refused the initial offer based on pay, got a call again to check if I am still interested. I accepted the initial offer to check out the role. The interview lasted an hour. There were two people on the panel, both from the same team. Both had questionnaires with them, which had all technical and behavioral questions. First few questions were very very basic. I was surprised they didn't bother to check out my level of expertise and the certifications I passed. The interview was mostly scenario based like if you have this situation what your action would be etc etc. It was getting uncomfortable by the last few minutes of the interview.
