I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Computers Unlimited (Billings, MT) in Jan 2015
Interview
The first step of the interview was to write a WPF / MVVM app. It's a timed, multi-step exercise, and its not expected that you'll have enough time to finish it. It seems to be designed to get a feel for what you know and how fast you can produce. The exercises are a bit strange, in that they have nothing to do with anything the company does, but if you're proficient in WPF / MVVM you shouldn't have trouble with them.
After they review your coding, then the next step is an interview. There was very little technical on the interview - the emphasis was on team dynamics.

Question 1
Several questions designed to get a feel as to whether you intend to stay with them for the long term - they want people that intend to be there for 10 years or so.

Interview
Interview process was very fair and straight to the point; was given a coding assessment to complete on my own time and that was reviewed before an offer was extended.
The actual interview process was very cohesive; asking questions about my skillset and experience and my ability to work with their tech stack.
