Computer Generated Solutions Call Center Agent interview questions

My interview process with CGS was a really smooth and positive experience. It started with a quick phone screening where I got to learn more about the company and share a bit about myself. Then, I had a couple of interviews with the team, where everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to. They asked thoughtful questions that helped me showcase my skills, and they made sure to explain the role and expectations clearly. What I appreciated most was how open and communicative they were throughout the whole process, keeping me updated at every step. Overall, it felt more like a conversation than an interview, and I left feeling excited about the opportunity.

It was over the phone and through a video call, everyone was super nice and kind. The interview was split, one part being in romanian and the other in english. The conversation was very relaxed.
