Overly intense. Potential candidates must complete two separate writing exams and then write a certain amount of articles before being accepted. If your first article is accepted, that doesn't mean they will hire you.

Participants must write test articles - a 500 word article and then a 1000 word article by following their templates, which end up being more than the required word count.
