It was a phone interview, reviewing the specific requirements of the job position which mainly consisted of reviewing the job posting and asking me if I had any questions based on what was required.

Do you have an understanding of what products and services the company offers?
30-45 minute phone interview that was pretty straight forward and easy. The call was on time and had no connection issues. The lady I spoke with was exceptionally friendly and didn't make me feel overwhelmed.
The Recruiter was so kind they really humanized this process. She was Knowledgeable about the role, which is not typically common from recruiters.
As for the actual job, you’ll be managing roughly 170 clients. The role requires occasional travel once a quarter which the company would pay for. That being said the pay is well below market for a client success manager in the SaaS sector. The pay is from 45 to 62. This pay incredibly low, especially considering the travel aspect and requesting experience. You do get the opportunity for a bonus, but it’s only $300 quarterly. In the second round interview they give you a sandbox. There are no instructions simply giving you a tool to discuss and get you insight. Not very structured
