Complete Controller interview questions

3 interviews. Felt good about the position until they told me they'd expect me not to work for anyone else. And their non compete is laughably overbroad. You can't own any type of business, or work in any similar role directly or indirectly while working for them yet they want to pay peanuts. Sounds like misclassification to me.
