Compass Oncology interview questions

There were three interviews total, phone, 1:1 and 2:1. Phone interview was brief. I was asked where I saw myself in the next few years, why I was leaving my current job and my availability. 1:1 was to filter out those not comfortable with terminally ill patients. 2:1 I felt they spent most of the hour and a half trying to convince me not to take the job and kept bringing up the high turnover rate for the job.

Too many interviews. You are passed from one person to another person. First HR, then another manager and then hiring manager. Why so many I do not know.
