There were three interviews total, phone, 1:1 and 2:1. Phone interview was brief. I was asked where I saw myself in the next few years, why I was leaving my current job and my availability. 1:1 was to filter out those not comfortable with terminally ill patients. 2:1 I felt they spent most of the hour and a half trying to convince me not to take the job and kept bringing up the high turnover rate for the job.
