clear cut and easy to follow no real red flags it took a bit longer but these are differences depending on the individual agents and their areas. No real pitfalls or trick questions either.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell me about yourself and what makes you different from other candidates.
I had more than one video conference interview. Interviewer completely prioritized company's own weirdly fast schedule; he asked for my schedule, I replied with my available days/times, and he simply sent a scheduling invite that didn't fall into any of my large available blocks (nor did he want to move it when asked). Some interviewers were nice, but others seemed pretentious and/or disinterested from the start. I was also told that the intern would be expected to do repetitive, tedious work, which is the opposite of what good internships in this particular field typically sell to potential candidates. Whole process was a waste of time.
It was a somewhat easy process. Two virtual interviews. Mostly just talking about yourself and your previous achievements. Interviewers are friendly and encouraging. Quick to hear back from and the process was very quick.
Super easy and super nice people. Willing to help out and make sure you know what you have to do and are accepting in helping out or doing something else if you are interested in that.
