Easy process, typical questions about background and data analysis The first stage is often a screening interview, which may be conducted over the phone or via a video call. This is usually a brief conversation to assess your qualifications and determine if you are a good fit for the position. If you pass the initial screening, you may be invited to participate in a more in-depth interview, which could be conducted in person or virtually. This may involve meeting with one or more interviewers and could include a skills assessment or other tests to evaluate your abilities and knowledge.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Compass Group (Chertsey, England)
Interview
I had a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, who asked me about my previous work experience and how it relates to the role I was applying for. After that, I had a general interview with the HR manager, who asked me about my salary expectations and availability for the job

Do you have experience with Data Governance?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Compass Group (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2021
Interview
There was a 2 level interview. One with Director and one with members of the team and department. The interview went really well and it was not your ordinary "I ask, you answer interview". The conversation was laid back but did pertain to the job itself. Both interviews made you feel welcomed and not pinned to the wall with questions.
