They were holding open interviews and I attended, you had to bring your CV and passport. it was very informal and relaxed, they asked a few questions and was told there that I had the job.

Screening call followed by an in person group interview and further description of the role. Went by asking if anyone had previous experience in hospitality and the answers were noted down for each person

Sat in a queue in a waiting room until it was time for me to head into the main interview room which consisted of multiple different tables of persons interviewing candidates separately.

Simple process ,the manager spoked very well to me ,told me about the job scope timings and my salary he helped me alot and need to attend the food and hygiene course ,let's start my new career with compass group
