Interviewed in Paris with Recruitment director, he turned up 40 min late, received in a messy office, broken printer on the floor, files everywhere, poor planning from his part.
Very superficial questions, pretending to talk about a confidential role that anyone with common sense could find out. Unable to inspire you to join the group, didn't communicate over Compass values.

it was professional and timely with due diligence done on their part. it was a position that was needed to be filled quickly and wanted the right fit. The manager that hired me was courteous and informative. He walked me through what was expected and made it a very easy interview process.
