Phone interview--straightforward, simple--spoke with the manager who asked roughly 10 questions, discussed benefits-- was through a recruiter and it was temp-to-hire--was promised hire status within three months however this process became a bait & switch and after six months of various excuses finally gave an ultimatum and received hire status within one week.
