First step - An interview with the team leaders; a professional conversation, getting to know the company, and the candidate's experience and practice (about an hour and a half).
Second step - Home task.
A very comprehensive and surrounding task with different questions to apply. With that being said about the task's length, the benefit is that the task gives a real sense of the job character and environment.
Third step - HR interview.
A very pleasant and drill-down conversation. Also, very reflecting for the company's good-vibe.
Fourth step - an interview with the head of the department.
