Nach mehreren ausführlichen Gesprächen am Telefon und zwei persönlichen Gesprächen war ich mir erst sicher, dass ich in die nächste Runde kommen würde, aber stattdessen geschah nichts. Ich habe E-Mails geschrieben und auf Mailboxen gesprochen, aber es kam keine Antwort. Irgendwann kriegte ich dann doch einen Anruf von irgendeiner Mitarbeiterin und es kam mir so vor, als ob es ihr irgendwie unangenehm war, mit mir zu sprechen. Irgendjemand hatte wohl eine Entscheidung getroffen, wollte es mir aber nicht direkt mitteilen. Wann lernen die Firmen endlich, dass eine Ablehnung, wenn sie professionell erfolgt, ein Lernprozess für den Bewerber sein kann und für den Bewerber auch einen Entwicklungsschritt bedeuten kann?

one with recruiter and the other one with the hiring manager, very general questions, got the result quickly, did not hire cuz they already had someone in the interview process so they canceled my final interview

Interview
The interview process was very transparent first with a phone screening with HR and then in person interview with manager. It was a very pleasant process and your emails always get answered promptly.

Interview
The interview went well but the manager and the position weren't quite as appealing as it seemed in the interview. Possibly due to my over-excitement to join a growing company at the time though it seems that the job description changed between my interview and start date. Hiring process was very long.
