The interview process was a bit messy.
Community Works West RCC program has difficulty retaining coordinator.
One of the questions that they will ask you about is how long are you planning on staying?
That's is the clue in.
Also, RCC Coordinator position is a direct service position. They only will hire black and brown folks for this position purposely and they get away with paying them nothing too.
