Community Reach Center interview questions

There will be a panel of two interviewers, and they will ask about your background in the mental health field. Afterwards, they will ask about previous conflicts with patients and co-workers and how you dealt with them in a professional manner. They will also ask what type of patients you dealt with and ask for stories on conflict management and interpersonal communication skills.
