Went through three rounds of interviews. First was a group interview with potential supervisors, the second was with a person on the team who is in the same role as I applied, and the third was with the director.

Phone interview first then face to face interview with 3 managers. Phone interview was a good idea to assess fit between myself and the position. the face to face was good since it involved several managers.

It was a comfortable and easy hiring/interviewing process. Good in-depth questions allowing me to share my knowledge and experience. There was opportunity to share my ideas and thoughts on the position and future advancement. Creative potential
