Job opening was only advertised on the state workforce commission web site. Submitted application through workforce commission website, then emailed the contact person (supervisor). Interview was scheduled the same week, met with coordinator and program director, interview lasted about 20-30 minutes. Was asked about work experience, teaching methods, working hours preferences, education and teaching credentials.
