I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Community EMS (Centerville, OH) in Nov 2012
Interview
Interview was a standard list of reasonable questions. Interviewer had the leeway to have an actual interview and base it on the individual. The supervisor conducted it, which meant you were evaluated by the person who you would be interacting with primarily. My first actual interview for a job, and quite a good experience.

Interview
Pretty standard, minor questions about experience. Questions about current pay at the time. Basically signed me up for a shift that day and training started quickly as well.
