Community Blood Center interview questions

This interview was a waste of my time. I took time off from my current position to be available to discuss my qualifications and listen to the expectations of the position. Not a single question was asked about my work experience. The rejection email was offensive. Very disappointed in the experience. Don’t waste people’s time if they aren’t really a serious candidate. I believe this position was filled prior to any interviews.

Was excited to potentially work here because of their mission. Was contacted by a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a phone interview. Gave my availability and then.....was ghosted? Like cool if you found someone else, but at least give a courtesy email; you got my hopes up.
