The initial interview was fine and to the point, the second was more in depth questions. However the third interview was a bit odd, the CEO was suppose to be there and magically had something going on and couldn’t make it so it was the same people from the second interview basically asking the same questions. When leaving the interview i was told i would get a call back to let me know. Alas a month goes by- nothing. This is extremely unprofessional and seeing that this has happened to someone else is just sad- just tell people they don’t have the job!! I even emailed a follow up, no response.
