I applied through email, sending my resume and cover letter to the address they provided. A week later, I was called by an employee to set up a time for a phone screening interview. The following week, I had the phone screening, where they asked a couple questions about my resume and asked when I'd be available to start if chosen for the position.
Two days later, I was told I made it through the next round, which was a skills test. I had two days to finish the test and send it back in. A few days later, I was told I was invited for a Skype interview (they don't use skype but it's a system very similar to it).
The following week, I was interviewed by 3 employees, 2 in the Maryland office and once in the MA office. They were nice and I thought the interview went well. So, I was saddened to find out that I wasn't offered a position in the company. Up until after the skype interview, those I'd been corresponding with had been very responsive through email. After the Skype interview, I sent a thank you email but received nothing back. I didn't think much of it at the time, but maybe I should've taken it as a sign that I wasn't getting the position.
I wish I was told why I didn't get the position, especially since the position is still up on their website with a new deadline for applications to be turned it.
Overall, those I interacted with were nice, but I felt that the correspondence change after the Skype interview.
