Interview
It was a phone and Skype interview, where different personnels of the company asked various questions simultaneously, and I answered based on my knowledge level. Although, one of the interviewers was latter on ground in Nigeria for baseline assessments, which he requested my help in undertaking that.

Question 1
Issues around my former job were asked, reasons for applying for the job, my salary expectations. One of the interviewer wanted to know how i could manage tasks outside my job description, among others.
Easy process. Contacted company--> they quickly set up interview phase. Three rounds of interviews. All employees who interviewed me were helpful and answered all of my questions. I came away with a great awareness of the company culture and work ethic.
