I applied through their website (must include cover letter and salary requirement to be considered). The hiring manager got back to me one month later (due to COVID-19), I completed a personality test (Predictive Index) and intelligence test (Wonderlic) and we scheduled a virtual interview after I completed those tests. She rescheduled this interview with me 3 different times. I was prepared and excited for my interview and felt it went well. The hiring manager was a bit all over the place, basically saying they needed another person in HR to help her (director) and the HR manager because they have too much to do. She didn't sell the organization as a great place to work and made a few comments about how chaotic and unorganized things were. She mentioned the company is "known for throwing great parties and the owner loves nice/fancy places" when I asked about company culture. She told me she would get back to me in 2-3 days about a second interview. I appreciated her getting back to me within 2 days, although it was a generic rejection email. Some feedback would have been nice because I felt it went well, but overall it was a good practice and I ended up not being excited about the company because of the hiring manager.
