Commonwealth Charter Academy interview questions

I had two interviews. The first interview was with one of the principals. My second interview was with an interview committee. I believe the committee consisted of an assistant principal, a teacher of the subject I was interviewing for, and someone from HR.

I was given an initial screening and established a date for my online interview. I completed the online teaching video lesson and the other steps required (which took a good amount of time and preparation), but was emailed the day before my interview that they had hired for the position. This was extremely upsetting, as I did not even get the opportunity to interview. To make it worse, the email was generic and written as if I actually had completed the interview process.
