Commonfund interview questions

The interview process consisted of three rounds with individuals from varying departments and positions. It was overall very straightforward and mostly behavioral. Was only asked one "technical" question which was "what is OCIO?" and what does the position do.

Met with two junior team members and interviewed with the MD's. Very willing to accommodate my schedule and overall very conversational. we met over the phone not on zoom or teams.
