CommonWealth Fund Services interview questions

This company has individuals that aren't trained in hiring or dealing with candidates to be involved in the recruitment process. Different individuals quoted me varying salary numbers which is so confusing. They told me they offer above market rate and in the end they tried to offer me a rate that's much lower than market. Such a joke! This is the worst recruitment experience I've had in years!
