I applied online. I interviewed at CommonSpirit Health (Denver, CO) in May 2015
Interview
Great phone interview, was supposed to hear back and never did. I find it looks extremely bad on a company to not have an HR follow up after an interview. Even after and additional email from me. Not everyone gets every job for a variety of reasons, if your HR/Recruiting department doesn't have the ability to address people that's probably a bad sign on the company itself. I definitely wouldn't interview with them again because of it.

Interview
Quick panel interview with the other two executive assistants. I was asked various questions regarding my past experience and how I would handle different scenarios, including medical. Overall, quick and easy.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CommonSpirit Health (Denver, CO) in Oct 2018
Interview
It was a video chat interview. Sort of unorthodox but a great experience. Its nice to see who you're chatting with instead of just a phone screening. The interview was thorough and at the end of it I felt like all my questions were answered.
