Applied through a recruiter. Recruiter referred me to the Information Security Director. After interviewing for almost an hour and asking me all sort of questions, he told me that this just a brief chat! Then he scheduled me and four other candidates to interview about 5 of their stakeholders. The stakeholders' interview was horrible and tense. Interviewers didn't have the intention to make the process easy. The next day recruiter told me that they will not move forward with me and I thought they will move forward with one of the other 4 candidates. Guess what, they offered nobody! Later, I found out that they've been interviewing for this position for quite a while, and for being too picky, they keep turning down candidates. They are posting the job again and looking to turn down more candidates.
