Commerce Marketing Program Manager, Events interview questions

30-minute interview with HR, 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, 45-minute panel interview with Senior Director of Content Marketing, Director of Creative and Senior Marketing Program Manager, Events. Everyone was very friendly, nice and engaging. When you can tell they like you, they are very quick to email you. But after 3 interviews I was fully ghosted. I could tell about halfway through the 3rd interview I wasn't moving on but after investing this much time into the process (prepping for each of the interviews, taking time away from work to do the interviews, etc.) the least a company can do is send an AI/automated form rejection email.
