Applied online through the website. Had a couple conversations over Zoom first and then went in for an afternoon to do a series of interviews and meet the team. I chose to do them in-person and had a really great experience - got to meet a bunch of folks from the company and most of the engineering team. There was plenty of time left-over during each interview to ask questions which was a big plus for me.

The first few calls were mostly about previous experience and motivation. During my in-person conversations it was a mix of problem solving, system design, and a deep-dive into a past project.
